Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Love & Appetite, a Muslim-owned home-based business, for food products and event services.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

  • Orders must be placed at least [3 days] in advance for desserts and savories.
  • Event service bookings require [4 weeks] notice and a deposit of [10%] to confirm.
  • All orders are subject to availability.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required before order confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayNow and bank transfer.
  • For event services, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made [14 days] before the event.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Food orders cancelled within 30mins after pickup/delivery are non-refundable.
  • Event cancellations after confirmation will incur a [5%] cancellation fee.

5. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery is available island wide except within Sentosa and Tuas for an additional fee.
  • Self-collection is available at a location (please confirm with seller) during agreed time slots.

6. Food Handling & Allergies

  • All products are prepared in a home-based kitchen that may handle allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

7. Event Services

  • Event services include [list services: catering, setup, etc.].
  • Any changes to event details must be communicated at least 14days before the event.

8. Muslim-Owned Business

  • As a Muslim-owned business, we adhere to Halal principles in sourcing and preparation.
  • No pork, lard, or alcohol is used in any products or services.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, buyer own's fleet).

10. Privacy

  • Customer information will be used solely for order processing and communication.
